LYNX Profiler is a software application aimed to help dealers in the copier/print industry compete in the Managed Print Services arena. 

For dealerships that must approve and maintain the applications that are permitted to be used by their sales reps on their business network, dealerships can purchase an offline installation package.  LYNX Profiler can be installed on each computer/user for which a monthly license has been purchased.  For those dealerships that want a simpler hands-off approach, check out our SaaS solutions under our Software listings.

There are two parts to LYNX Profiler. 

The first part helps dealers/sales reps analyze, assess and create a profile of the copiers / printers used by businesses such as hospitals, mid to large size companies, banks, etc.  Every business utilizes copiers and printers every day.  There is a cost associated for each page printed, how much is it per page, including wear and  tear on the equipment?

The second part allows these businesses to quickly monitor, manage and order service/supplies for their fleet of equipment.  This web portal is provided by the copier/printer dealer through the program offering from LYNX Technologies.We provide non-technical (programming) dealers a way to offer a software solution to their customers that helps automate the entire fleet management process. 

In addition to this, LYNX Profiler provides dealers with all the information they need, distributed to each sales rep so that deals can be closed quickly, information can be researched instantly and assessments can be created remotely.
